Service terms
These terms are between 2LFCO (Two Little Fruits Co), Denver, Colorado ("we", "us") and the business that signs up for Maker's Assistant ("you"). They're short on purpose. If you and we sign a separate written agreement, that agreement wins where the two differ.
The service
Maker's Assistant is a managed service. We set it up and run it for you. It includes a morning email with the decisions waiting on you, sales by channel, stock and reorder dates, an ads and email report, listing drafts, and an action log, on a dashboard only your people can sign in to. Shopify connects from day one. Etsy, Faire, Google Ads, Meta and Klaviyo connect as each platform approves our app.
Price
- Founding clients (brands that start before January 1, 2027): $1,000 setup, then $300 a month. This price is locked for 12 months from your start date.
- Regular price: $2,500 setup, then $500 a month.
- The setup fee is due before setup starts. The monthly fee is billed monthly, in advance.
- AI costs are included in the monthly fee, up to a monthly cap. If the cap is reached, AI features (listing drafts, the brief's AI note, the ask box) pause until the next month. Everything else keeps running.
Term and cancelling
- Founding clients commit to the first 12 months.
- After those 12 months, either of us can cancel with 30 days' written notice. Email is fine.
- When the service ends, we delete your deploy, its database and the stored platform tokens within 30 days. You can also remove our access yourself on each platform at any time; the privacy policy explains how.
What we do
- Set up your own walled-off deploy, with its own database and keys.
- Keep it running, and fix problems we find or you report.
- Check the numbers against your Shopify admin before we call your setup live.
- Handle your data as the privacy policy says: no selling it, no advertising with it, no contacting your customers.
- Tell you plainly when a platform connection is waiting on us rather than on you.
What you do
- Fill in the kickoff form and keep us told about changes: who should have access, lead times, products to leave out.
- Connect your platforms and reconnect them when the dashboard asks (Meta asks about every two months).
- Decide what to act on. Every listing change needs your approval before it's made.
Limits
- The numbers are only as good as the platforms' data. We report what Shopify, Etsy, Faire, Google, Meta and Klaviyo give us. If their data is late, missing or wrong, our reports will be too.
- You approve every listing change. Drafts are suggestions. You're responsible for what you approve and publish.
- No financial or tax advice. Sales figures, reorder dates and ad results are information to help you decide. They aren't accounting, tax, legal or financial advice, and the service doesn't replace your books or your inventory system.
- We depend on outside services (Cloudflare, Anthropic, and the platforms you connect). If one of them is down or changes its rules, parts of the service may stop until it's back or we've adapted.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We're not liable for lost profits or indirect losses, such as a sale missed because a reorder date was off.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and email clients at least 30 days before the change applies to them. Changes never undo a founding client's 12-month price lock.
